Return/Exchange Eligibility

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

• Intimate wear (bras, nighties, lingerie) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty or damaged.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or back to your original payment method (processing time 7–10 working days).

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@babybash.pk within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and photos.
